Onwards & Upwards 1 October 2021

Hi All,

Thank you for your help today, and I hope your week has been good.

My week has been a bit Lando Norris at Sochi. Radio chat to Lando, “Pit now Lando”; his reply, “Noooooooooooooooooooooo”.

Automated computer message to me, “Log off now we’re about to back up”; Me, “Let’s keep going, I’ve got this, there’s enough t”,…Oh no, it’s all gone.

Then came the colourful language as spreadsheet madness overtook me. Like Lando, I lived to regret it. Good news, I got there in the end.

All good at Sochi though. The victory and much deserved plaudits went to our namesake Lewis Hamilton. 100 Formula 1 wins. Wow!

Then came the 5.1 win by our favourite team. Oxford United.

Just when I thought it doesn’t get much better than that. I caught sight of Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Rooms exhibition, which is on at the Tate Gallery.
