Returns Policy

Framing

Before you order your frame, please contact us. As we will need to coordinate the order of your frame, print, and Limited-Edition Certificate for you.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for frames. This is because framing is a bespoke service, and each frame is custom made to order.

Refunds

Refunds other than for a reason such as defective prints are made at the discretion of Hamilton Jones Prints.

Where a customer requests a refund for a reason such as a change of mind, or where they do not want the print anymore, then the choice to refund the customer is made entirely at the discretion of Hamilton Jones Prints. In this circumstance, where a request for a refund has been made by a customer and accepted by Hamilton Jones Prints. The customer will need to return the item to Hamilton Jones Prints, where possible using the original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase. A receipt detailing proof of postage will be required. Packaging postage and other carriage costs are non-refundable. All items are returned at the customer’s own risk.

Where a discretionary request for a refund is accepted by us, then Hamilton Jones Prints, reserves the right to deduct the production and shipping costs from the amount to be refunded. 

The information in this section does not affect the statutory rights of the customer.

Damaged or defective items

If a customer receives a print that is damaged, or the order is in some way defective. We will ask the customer to send us an email with photographic evidence of the damage. When this has been received Hamilton Jones Prints will send a replacement print free of charge and cover the delivery costs of the replacement print.

If a customer receives a print that is damaged, or if an order is found to have been in some way defective and the customer requests a refund. We will ask the customer to send us an email with photographic evidence of the damage once this is received the refund will be honoured by Hamilton Jones Prints.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
